On Wednesday we saw for the first time in our life from inside a courtroom. Fortunately, not in handcuffs ;-)
It was at the hearing by a teacher from North Rhine-Westphalia, to Spickmich did not want to be graded by their students.
But the judge made it clear at the hearing by stating that the teacher and teacher assessment at Spickmich no data protection provisions nor the personal rights are violated the teacher! (Info here to , here or here )

students may grade teacher at Spickmich!
- does not prohibit the teacher you
- School Director NO exhort you therefore
- but all students should be here, so now teachers get a fair grade for your performance!
