"Time is money." Surely everyone knows the right? What many overlook is, at trial, they want to put a little more free time. blaspheme time to buy badly with a higher salary. Discuss during the interview or even at the new salary negotiation to get as many days how overtime is calculated and whether it is internal activities within the company there.
I think a healthy dose of leisure to be very reasonable. It has since not only more time for family and friends, you have also another look for new ideas. Often ideas come from spontaneous circumstances.
So, "keep a cool bulb with a little free time."
